The society is genuinely interested in providing scholarships to needy and meritorious students, so that they are able to contribute towards the betterment and welfare of the society in general. The students are selected through a well established procedure. All the aims and objectives of the society is being fulfilled while selecting the candidates. The educational and family backgrounds of the students selected for scholarships last year bears out the philosophy of the society.

The society intends to reach out to more needy and meritorious students. But finance is always constraints. Therefore, the Board of Governors appeals to benevolent donors to donate generously to espouse this noble cause. The crossed Cheques / Bank Drafts favouring Mahabir Prasad Singh Foundation For Education & Research should be sent to Society's address. Donors will receive certificate u/s 80G of Income Tax Act 1961 by registered post.

The society is being run from the donation received from Late Shri Mahabir Prasad Singh ther benevolent donors. The society's expenditure is being met from the interest earned on these donations. The annual return and audit are being done as per requirement of the Income Tax Act 1961.
